Fred Van Der Sande

With 30 years of experience in the building industry, and a further 20 in project management, Fred keeps the bigger picture in mind for his building and construction management style. Leading the unique team, Fred brings his many years of expertise in high-end custom home and commercial interiors, having worked in Hawaii and California before returning here to New Zealand.
Dave Scragg
Director
Dave brings a creative and innovative edge to the team at PCS Projects and is best known for his multifaceted building capabilities. Dave leads the team with over 25 years of building experience and over 15 years of project management expertise, having built everything from factories to petrol stations, apartment blocks and multi-unit residential projects.
